This trust, earned over years of serving those in need, continues to guide us in challenging times.

Following the treatment of two Nipah virus cases at our Narayana Hospital, Barasat, we are strictly adhering to all Government and public health guidelines. Emergency services have remained uninterrupted, and elective procedures have been resumed in a phased manner, with the hospital resuming all elective cases from January 19.
We are grateful to the Honorable State Government, the Honorable Chief Secretary, Govt of WB, and Honorable Principal Secretary – Health, Govt of WB, for their steadfast support and guidance during this critical time.
Several of our caregivers were placed under isolation as a precautionary measure. All have since tested negative and continue to remain under isolation as per established Govt protocols. Our critical care teams are working round-the-clock to treat the patients, with close collaboration between the hospital administration and the State Health Department to uphold a safe and reassuring environment for everyone.
I express my deepest gratitude to the health authorities, our caregivers, and the community for standing by us in these challenging times.” – Mr Venkatesh R, Group COO, Narayana Health
