Kolkata, September 20, 2025 – Auram, the boutique jewellery brand founded by designer Bhramar Mallick, has unveiled its exclusive jewellery collection Roshnai for Ma Durga and her family at the prestigious Ahiritola Yubak Brinda Durga Puja this year. The grand unveiling took place in a special ceremony, where the goddess along with Lakshmi, Saraswati, Ganesh, Kartick, and Shiva was adorned with the handcrafted creations.
The theme Roshnai is inspired by light, colour, and the cultural heritage of Bengal. At the centre of the design lies the lotus motif, symbolizing purity, enlightenment, and spiritual strength.
To bring this vision to life, Auram has reimagined heirloom ornaments such as Jorowa Gahana, Tikli, Nath, Chur, Bala, Kankan, Chandmala, and Hansuli, blending traditional artistry with vibrant coloured stones sourced from ancestral collections.
The designs also pay tribute to the eternal bond of Shiva–Shakti, featuring motifs like the Trishul, Third Eye, Rudraksha beads, serpentine forms, and lotus, symbolising energy, stability, and divine balance.
Auram’s creation of Roshnai marks a meaningful union of devotion, tradition, and design, illuminating Durga Puja 2025 with artistry and reverence.
