In one thali, you experience the rich culture of both ‘Ghati’ and ‘Bangal’ through rare traditional recipes.This Poila Boisakh, the uniqueness of these thalis are serving timeless Bengali recipes that guests won’t find anywhere else.
Thalis begin with a summer special Bel Panna Sorbet. It is followed by Gandhoraj Kasundi salad, Jhuri Aloo Bhaja, Begun Bhaja, Sona Moong Dal, and Lau Bori with Narkel.
Not just that, it also includes delicacies like Chital Macher Muitha and Laupata Bata Chingri. The meal is beautifully balanced with tangy Chaltar Chutney. As it’s Poila Boisakh, the dessert features Sita Bhog, and the experience ends with a refreshing Mishti Paan.
Thalis start from 499+ tax and go up to 1399+ tax.The Maharaja Thali is the main highlight of Poila Boishakh, as it includes everything from Katla fish to Mutton.
