The menu begins with refreshing coolers like Gondhoraj Doi-er Ghol and Kaffir Lime Pora Anarash ar Aada Diye Sorbot. Starters include Mutton Pudina Seekh Kebab, Murgh Kasuri Tikka, Loitta Macher Pituli, Bhhetki Macher Chop, Kolkata Cabin Style Chicken Cutlet, and vegetarian options such as Ambala Paneer Tikka, Soya Mochar Cutlet, and Kadaisutir Chop.
Adding to the festive spirit are sides like Bhaja-Bhuji, papads, achars, chutneys, and Thakumar Bharta — simple, soulful accompaniments that elevate every Puja meal.
The grand Maha Bhoj features timeless favourites such as Purano Dhakar Mangsho Bhuna, Goalando Steamer Chicken Curry, Green Prawns Malai Curry, Shorshe Kancha Lonka Bhetki, Pomfret Tel Bori Jhal, alongside vegetarian stars like Chena Dalna, Panch Mesali Tarkari, Hing Pora Aloor Dum, Kadaisutir Dhokar Tarkari, Cholar Dal with narkol, and Bhaja Moonger Sabji Daal.
