Suraksha Clinic & Diagnostics Sets up 80-Slice CT Scan Facility at Kharagpur Sub-Divisional Hospital Under PPP Mode

Kharagpur, 31st July 2025: Suraksha Diagnostic Limited (“Suraksha Clinic and Diagnostics”) successfully hosted a symposium to announce the launch of a state-of-the-art CT Scan centre at Kharagpur Sub-Divisional Hospital, an initiative aimed at strengthening public healthcare infrastructure through collaboration between the Government of West Bengal and Suraksha Clinic and Diagnostics under PPP mode.

The objective of the symposium was to raise awareness about the CT Scan Unit, its role in advanced diagnostics, and its impact on regional healthcare delivery. The CT Scan Unit will officially commence operations on 1st August 2025.

This installation has significantly strengthened the region’s diagnostic infrastructure, enabling both routine and emergency services within the government hospital premises. With this development, Suraksha Clinic and Diagnostics has further strengthened its commitment to bridging the gap between advanced medical technology and public
healthcare systems.

Speaking on the 80-Slice CT scan Facility set up at Kharagpur Sub Divisional Hospital, Dr. Somnath Chatterjee, Chairman and Joint Managing Director, Suraksha Clinic and Diagnostics, said: “The new CT Scan facility at Kharagpur Sub-Divisional Hospital shows how private expertise can work together with public healthcare to make quality medical services more accessible and efficient for everyone.”
