Shyam Steel’s Macaw Paints Celebrates Holi with ‘Holi Ke Rang, Magic Ke Sang’ Across Eastern India

Published:

Kolkata, 5th March, 2026: Shyam Steel’s Macaw Paints brought vibrant festive cheer to Kolkata, Patna, Lucknow, Varanasi and Bhubaneswar with experiential Holi celebrations under the theme “Holi Ke Rang, Magic Ke Sang.” Through this multi-city initiative, the brand curated engaging, high-energy experiences that blended traditional Holi fervour with interactive on-ground activities.
In Kolkata, celebrations came alive at PC Chandra Garden, while similar large-scale events were hosted across prominent venues in Patna, Lucknow, Varanasi and Bhubaneswar, each reflecting the unique festive spirit and cultural rhythm of the respective city.
A key highlight of the event was a striking balloon wall installation, where participants aimed darts to gradually reveal the MACAW name hidden beneath vibrant bursts of colour. The activity drew enthusiastic participation, with every successful attempt met with cheers and applause. Many attendees captured and shared their winning moments on social media, carrying the excitement beyond the venue.
The celebrations also featured specially curated selfie zones inspired by the vivid hues of the macaw bird. Guests playfully tossed gulal, posed mid-splash and created memorable Holi moments with friends and family. The colourful installations quickly became popular photo spots, encouraging attendees to share their festive experiences online.

Speaking about the initiative, Mrs Megha Beriwala Gupta, Marketing Director at Shyam Steel Group and Macaw Paints, said, “Holi reflects the vibrancy, togetherness and expressive joy that define Macaw Paints. Through ‘Holi Ke Rang, Magic Ke Sang,’ we aimed to create engaging experiences that allowed people to celebrate freely while connecting with the brand in a natural and joyful way.”
In Kolkata, the celebrations were amplified with a high-energy rain dance arena anchored by a giant Macaw Paints bucket installation that emerged as a striking visual centrepiece, with local celebrities and influencers in Kolkata and Lucknow joining attendees for a spirited “Macaw wali Holi.” Patna hosted a lively Garba Holi during the day followed by an evening programme featuring Bhojpuri stars Khesari Lal Yadav and Neelam Giri, while Bhubaneswar added its own flavour with a vibrant Herbal Holi celebration. Across all locations, Macaw Paints’ branded gulal buckets were seamlessly integrated into the venues, reinforcing the brand’s presence in every splash of colour.

With this multi-city Holi initiative, Shyam Steel’s Macaw Paints aimed to strengthen its connection with consumers across Eastern India, positioning itself as a youthful, culturally rooted brand that celebrates colour, community and festive joy
