Kolkata, 13th July 2026: Park Street SOCIAL, one of Kolkata’s favourite neighbourhood café-bar brings India’s biggest pride fest; Satrangi Mela on Sunday, 19th July, 2PM onwards. Built around pride, self-expression and community, Satrangi Mela will bring together the LGBTQIA+ community and allies for a day of drag showcases, live music, creator-led experiences, workshops, community marketplaces and more.
The programming has been designed to move through different expressions of pride, from stage-led performances and music to art, workshops and conversations that invite people to engage more closely with the community. Alongside this, the marketplace will spotlight independent creators and homegrown brands, giving guests a chance to discover, support and interact with queer-led and inclusive creative voices.
Guests can expect a full day that is equal parts energetic and intentional, with moments to watch, participate, shop, listen and connect. More than just an event, Satrangi Mela at Park Street SOCIAL is built as a space where people can show up as they are, celebrate openly and be part of a larger culture of acceptance, belonging and joy.
