OUT WITH THE ORDINARY, IN WITH A NEW RANG! A NEW DAWN OF FESTIVE FASHION IS HERE “Arya” Utsav-er Notun Ronge “RANGOLI”

Published:

Kolkata, 15th September 2026: This festive season, Rangoli is turning up the colour, dialling up the drama and stepping into a brand-new era with ARYA. Under the vision and direction of Nikhil Jain, the iconic Indian fashion house unveils ARYA — a
vibrant new festive collection that takes the richness of Indian heritage and gives it a fresh, fearless, fashion-forward expression.

That is the spirit behind this season’s philosophy — “ উৎসবের নতুন রঙে | Utsav-er Notun Ronge” — a celebration of new colour, new energy and a whole new way of experiencing the festivities. Think vibrant silks, intricate zari, statement-making borders, contemporary drapes and richly detailed menswear, all coming together in silhouettes that feel rooted yet refreshingly now.

The colour story moves from vivid reds, striking fuchsias and rich jewel tones to sophisticated ivories, luminous golds and dreamy pastels — creating a wardrobe that captures every mood of the festive season, from grand celebrations to intimate soirées. And then come the silhouettes; Classic sarees get a contemporary spin. Occasionwear turns up the glamour.

Menswear gets its own moment in the spotlight. Across the collection, familiar festive staples are reworked with a new sense of proportion, styling and attitude.
This is heritage — but with a new point of view.

DIRECTOR’S CUT

Speaking about the collection, Nikhil Jain, Director, Rangoli India, says: “Festive fashion has always been deeply connected to our heritage. But heritage must evolve
with the people who wear it. With ARYA, we wanted to create something that respects the richness of tradition while giving it a fresh, contemporary voice. ‘Utsav-er Notun Ronge’ captures exactly what we believe this season should feel like — a new energy, a new perspective and a new way of celebrating.”

The excitement officially comes alive on 15th September 2026, as ARYA is unveiled at Rangoli’s Gariahat showroom in Kolkata, with celebrated actress, and our festive muse Lahoma Bhattacharya joining Rangoli for the launch of this exciting new festive chapter.
