Her contemporary approach combines international baking traditions with balanced flavours, giving every creation a distinct character while ensuring warmth, comfort and indulgence in every bite.
The bakery section features signature creations including the Milk Fudge Cake (Parsi Mawa Cake)—rich with slow-cooked milk fudge and aromatic notes; the Filter Coffee Cake, where the bold aroma of South Indian filter coffee is beautifully marbled with chocolate sponge; the silky Chocolate Mousse Box; the irresistible Caramel Biscoff Cup and the comforting Toasted Milk & Dulce Brownie.
For those looking to explore the chef’s signature creations, the collection includes The Coffee Bean—a luxurious combination of dark roast coffee mousse, hazelnut filling and coffee-soaked sponge encased in dark chocolate; the vibrant Black Velvet Tart with raspberry compote and cream cheese and a smooth New York-style Blueberry Cheesecake topped with blueberry compote.
