Kolkata, 14th July’ 25: The much-awaited Oriental Seafood Festival is back again at Chowman! With Monsoons ushering, there is no better way to embrace the season than with a burst of bold and flavourful seafood. Chowman brings you a soul-satisfying spread of over 20 delicious and mouth-watering seafood delicacies. The month-long festival will commence from 12th July’25 onwards with availability at all dine-in outlets across Kolkata, Bangalore, Delhi-NCR, Hyderabd & Mumbai.
On the menu are a variety of starters and sides along with the quintessential rice, noodles & main course. Appetizers comprise of Shanshai Seafood Soup, Pork & Shrimp Dumpling with Chilli Oil, Crispy Seafood Roll in Sriracha Mayo, Honey Walnut Shrimps, Steamed Whole Beckti with Ginger & Scallion, Kolkata Style Chilli Octopus, Lobster in Pepper Garlic Sauce, Crispy Squids with Bird’s Eye Chilli & Basil Leaves, Smokey Chilli Butter Garlic Crab Claws and more . The main course comprises of a plethora of seafood items such as Butter Chilli Garlic Seafood Noodles, Shrimp Chahan Rice, Singaporean Chilli Crab, Stir Fried Octopus in Tobanjan Sauce, Kung Pao Lobster and many more to relish.

This year we promise a hearty feast of over 20 exquisite seafood delicacies of octopus, lobster, squid, pomfret and many more. Prepared by our team of chefs this month-long culinary celebration is a feast for the senses, and this year is the 14th edition of this culinary fiesta.
