Kolkata, 12th July 2025: In a cheerful celebration of togetherness and inclusion, SPK Jain Futuristic Academy hosted “Bandhan”, a special event marking Friendship Day with a meaningful collaboration that brought joy, connection, and shared experiences to life. In an encouraging initiative, SPK Jain Futuristic Academy welcomed students from Neev for a day filled with fun, connection, and meaningful activities—all thoughtfully curated to promote values of nurture, care, and empathy.
The collaboration between SPK Jain Futuristic Academy and Neev offered students from both institutions a unique platform to connect, learn from one another, and build lasting friendships. Neev, an organization dedicated to uplifting underprivileged children, focuses on providing access to education, emotional development, and creative exploration. Neev, an NGO-supported school dedicated to the education and empowerment of underprivileged children, thrives under the visionary leadership of Mrs. Shashi Kankaria—its trustee and driving force—whose unwavering commitment and hands-on involvement have been instrumental in shaping both the institution’s mission and its transformative impact on the lives of countless young learners.Through Bandhan, Neev students experienced the inclusive, vibrant environment of JFA, sharing a day rich in love, joy, and connection.
SPK Jain Futuristic Academy students took the lead in planning and managing a variety of interactive and engaging activities. The day began with a cheerful welcome song and the symbolic tying of friendship bands, setting the tone for a celebration rooted in shared experiences and heartfelt bonds. Students then participated in an array of friendly team games that encouraged teamwork and collaboration.
A standout highlight of the event was the pottery session, where each student crafted a unique piece of art to take home as a personal keepsake. This was followed by a lively storytelling session that used puppetry to spark imagination and bring stories to life. The day concluded on a high note with an energetic Zumba session, ensuring everyone left with big smiles and warm memories.
