Kolkata, 13th August, 2025: This Independence Day Garden Café, Alipore, brings you a tasty tricolour twist on your South Indian favourites. Known for its authentic South India flavours and soulful ambience, the café is marking the occasion with a special Tricolour Menu – a playful, patriotic take on classic dishes.
The menu features a vibrant spread including, Tricolour Idlis, Tricolour Dosas, Special Pizza (crafted from a mother’s homemade recipe) and the much-loved Finger Fried Idli. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared using natural ingredients that highlight the colours of the Indian flag – a delicious way to celebrate the day.
