Kolkata, August 14th , 2026: For the first time ever, Sony AATH brings the blockbuster Bheemla Nayak to Bengali audiences this Independence Day. Starring Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati, the power-packed action entertainer will premiere in its Bengali-dubbed version on 15th August at 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM, exclusively on Sony AATH.

Originally released in Telugu, Bheemla Nayak emerged as a major theatrical release, bringing together Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati in a high-octane clash of power and personalities. Backed by intense action, commanding performances and a gripping narrative, the film became one of the most talked-about South Indian action entertainers of its time.

The story follows Bheemla Nayak, a tough and principled police officer whose encounter with Daniel Shekhar, a wealthy and influential former army officer, sets off a confrontation that steadily escalates into a battle of egos and authority. What begins as a seemingly straightforward conflict soon becomes a gripping test of power, dignity and determination.

Adding to the film’s appeal is the commanding screen presence of Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati, whose performances drive the central conflict. Rana Daggubati’s portrayal of Daniel Shekhar earned him the Best Supporting Actor – Telugu award at both the Filmfare Awards South and the South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA), further adding to the film’s recognition and appeal.

With its first-ever Bangla presentation, Sony AATH is bringing the film’s action, drama and star power closer to Bengali audiences, offering viewers an opportunity to experience one of Telugu cinema’s celebrated action entertainers in a language that resonates with them.

Bheemla Nayak will premiere on 15th August at 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM, exclusively on Sony AATH.
