As the monsoon sets in, Orko’s Restaurant & Lounge Bar welcomes guests to indulge in The Bengali Monsoon Table, a celebration of Bengal’s most cherished rainy-season flavours. The specially curated menu brings together an indulgent spread of Hilsa delicacies including Bhaja Ilish with Fried Ring Onion & Green Chillies, Dhakai Ilish-er Paturi, Kacha Ilish Bhapa, Ilish Dia Begun-er Tel Jhal and Ilish Biryani. Seafood enthusiasts can also savour flavour-packed prawn specialities such as Dab Chingri, Barishali Bhapa Chingri, Chingrir Bhuna, Gondhoraj Narkoli Chingri, Chingrir Paturi and Chingri Pulao.
Completing the quintessential Bengali monsoon feast are comforting khichuri favourites including Thakur Barir Khichuri, Bhaja Muger Dal-er Khichuri, Veg Khichuri and the hearty Mutton Khichuri, making the festival a perfect destination to relish the timeless flavours of Bengal’s rainy season with family and friends.
